My fiancé goes to this office and has been since she was 14 and now 25. Since some staff changes, she is no longer comfortable and is more irritated once she hangs up from speaking with the front desk staff. The dr she ABSOLUTELY LOVES and trusts 100% but his staff she does not. They are extremely rude. If you call this office you need patience. She is sad she is parting ways with this doctor, but she is a business professional and being talked down upon she doesn't love. Whoever is in charge of the hiring needs to reevaluate the staff.
